SHIPPING

FREE Standard Shipping (USPS) on all U.S. merchandise orders $15 and over (excluding taxes).

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will take between 1-2 business days to process. A shipment confirmation Email will be sent when your order is ready. However, processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes overly popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order may take within 4-8 business days to process and dispatch.We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
*If you would like to cancel a back-ordered item in your order, simply send us your request by email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico we offer USPS Standard Shipping services. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

P.O. Box

If you are shipping to a U.S.P.O. Box, we offer Standard Shipping services only.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via UPS SurePost service. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Next-Day Shipping

For Next-Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

PLEASE NOTE

Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed. A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number. Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be determined during checkout. Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.

Duties + Taxes Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
