For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico we offer USPS Standard Shipping services. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted items to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
If you are shipping to a U.S.P.O. Box, we offer Standard Shipping services only.
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via UPS SurePost service. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
For Next-Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed. A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number. Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be determined during checkout. Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
