RETURNS

We hope you love your order as much as we do, however, if there are any dissatisfaction with your purchase, Popmi Company will accept returns and refunds on full-price purchased products that are in its original state; unopened, unused, and unaltered. Cases of wrong, defect and/or damage merchandise are exceptionalReturn requests are to be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.  Our return address is:

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order. 

Defects and Damages

Please inspect your items immediately upon the arrival of delivery. Any claims of defects and damages must be reported to care@popmibeauty.com together with this information; your order number, name of the item, and clear photos of the defective or damaged merchandise within 5 business days of delivery.

Claims that are made after 5 business days of delivery will not be processed

Please keep all damaged packaging materials, including the box and all inside contents. Popmi Company will note the issue with the carrier to file a damage claim if necessary. Damage claims will help in the refund and replacement of your item by the carrier. Packaging materials must be kept or we will be unable to process a damage claim with the carrier.

Refer to RETURN CONDITIONs when making requests to return defective or damaged merchandise. 

Return Conditions

If you want to return an order, email us at care@popmibeauty.com specifying which items you will be returning, so that we can create a return shipping label for you. Ensure the original packaging of the returned product has not been used. Popmi Company is not responsible for lost returns.

The returned goods must be the same as the original box packaging at the time of receipt unless merchandise is defective or damaged. We do not accept returns if the item(s) have been altered, in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is the fault of the supplier, do not have the original tags on them and the item(s) were a Final Sale item

All you have to do is pack the unused items with email confirmation or original receipt - we cannot exchange, if applicable, or refund without it. Then tape the return label we send you onto the package you are returning and mail it to us. Popmi Company will process your return within 24 hours upon receiving your package. Items will be inspected and processed through our returns department.

Order Cancellation

Email us at [ care@popmibeauty.com ] if you wish to cancel your order. Do note that cancellation can only be done within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order will be processed and may already be en route to you and can no longer be cancelled, only returned.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving the returned product(s) from you, we will process any refunds due to you as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase, or in the form of store credit. We are unable to switch refunds to a new or different payment method. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, your refund will only reflect the amount you paid less the delivery fees.
