3: wait for 15s
Wait for 15-20s till magnetic eyeliner is 100% dry. It may take longer due to surrounding conditions.
4: paste on the lashes
Gently hold lashes to let it "snap" to the liner. Adjust both sides to ensure lashes completely to stay on liner.
5: you're done!
